About Us

iConvo is an agentic AI platform built to help businesses analyze conversations, automate worflows, and enhance customer experience. iConvo empowers businesses with real-time insights, intelligent automation, and multilingual support.

The idea to use artificial intelligence to analyze human conversations started way before the conception of iConvo, but the technologies then for speech analytics and AI was not as advanced or as mature as today. We built our 1st prototype back in 2020 under a different brand name, and we worked closely with customers and partners. Our focus then was and still is banking and Telcos, but we expanded to other verticls like retail and more.

A couple of years later we finally reached our goal and launched our first language model that NLU what customers are saying, the conversation, transcribe & process it, making it searchable and analyzable. Today iConvo serves a variety of businesses, helping them monitor brand perception, address customer concerns promptly, and make data-driven improvements to their products & services.

Our global operations are strategically focused on key markets. Headquartered in Sweden, serving the Nordics countries, with our Technical center and office in India to serve the Near East (under another domain name). We are now establishing a dedicated office in the UAE to serve as our central hub for the entire Middle East region. This expansion is supported by our specialized R&D backbone of developers and data scientists, complemented by a team of seasoned directors and subject matter experts with extensive industry experience.
